Craig oversees Flight Operations, Inflight Services, Network Operations Control and Regulatory Programs & Compliance.  At Southwest Airlines since 1990, Craig has been a First Officer, Captain, Check Airman, Chief Pilot for the Las Vegas Base and Vice President Flight Operations.  Prior to joining Southwest, Craig served as the Director of Flight Standards at SkyWest Airlines and was an FAA-designated flight inspector. 

Craig holds an ATP with a type rating in the B737, EMB120, SA227.  Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree from BYU and a Master of Arts degree from California State University.
